雕发版同样采用全新开发的头雕造型，以精湛的雕刻工艺重现小丑标志性的绿色卷发，呈现出细腻的层次感与三维效果。头雕以最新的涂装工艺演绎令人印象深刻的小丑妆容，包括其半脱妆的斑驳效果、脸上皱纹、嘴巴两侧的伤痕以及晕染的黑色眼妆，展现出小丑的疯狂气质。
另一款则复刻抢劫场景中小丑戴上面具的造型头雕，运用精密雕刻技术将面具下的绿色短发细节完整呈现，特殊涂装重现面具的陈旧质感。两款头雕均搭载可动眼球系统，将小丑的深不可测的锐利眼神和隐隐的暴戾气息展露无遗。

两个版本除了双头雕配置以外，同时配备精心打造的全套服饰配件。Hot Toys团队为高可动素体选用全新比例，更符合角色真实体态。而由设计师团队重头剪裁打造银行劫匪服饰造型，所有细节如缝线、扣件，西装及花纹衬衫的布料纹理，均参照电影戏服重构。
丰富的配件设置，包含：多款手型、独立小丑面具、手枪、散弹枪、装有手榴弹的行李袋、小丑扑克牌、仿现钞道具等。电影主题地台设有破碎玻璃门、破烂木板等场景元素，以及特制巴士背景板可自由变换情境，让收藏家能重现开场银行抢劫的经典场景。
